Your qualities are as big as your potential and your potential is endless. The one-on-one sessions are the key to discovering your full potential.

What will we do in our one-on-one sessions and why do you need them?

In our 60-minute sessions, you will have the time and space to share with me everything that worries you, excites you, scares you, drives you or overwhelms you. It is of utmost importance to share your thoughts, feelings and experiences in their raw version, just the way they are. No camouflage, no sugarcoating, no judgments. 

    On my end, I will use neuro-linguistic programming and cognitive behavioral therapy to help you get to the bottom of things that cannot be easily defined or realized, analyze them and use them to help your personal development.

    The only thing I will require from you is to be honest and open – with yourself and with me. One of my main goals will be to help you learn how to talk and treat yourself with the respect you want others to treat and respect you.

    What is neurolinguistic programming and how does it help?

    Our internal dialogues reflect on how we communicate, reveal our attitude towards ourselves as well as others.

    Neurolinguistic programming (NLP) helps us understand which patterns of thinking provoke our way of expression and behavior in society in order to improve our overall ability to communicate.
    NLP challenges our current beliefs and perceptions about who we are, who others are, how the world within and around us works, and which of these beliefs interfere with our personal development.

    What is cognitive-behavioral therapy and how does it help?

    If NLP is the method by which we understand our thought patterns and behavior, then cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is the psychological process that helps us improve precisely these mental processes and overall how we feel about ourselves. CBT works by analyzing our unhealthy patterns of thinking and behavior that reflect on how we perceive ourselves and the world around us. It helps us achieve our goals, radically change our habits, and improve our relationships with others.

    A one-on-one session takes between 60 and 90 minutes in which you will be able to learn:
