The Inner Compass
Conversations with Yourself in the Presence of Another
There is a particular kind of tiredness that has nothing to do with sleep. It comes from living slightly beside yourself: saying yes when you mean not yet, staying inside roles that fit who you used to be, repeating the same pattern in your relationships while knowing, somewhere, exactly what you are doing. Most people know far more about themselves than they think. They simply rarely give themselves the space to hear it.
The Inner Compass is for that gap between what you know about yourself and how you actually live. You don’t need a crisis to begin. Wanting to understand how you are put together on the inside, and to live from that place, is reason enough.
The process has two levels. You can begin with either one.
Level 1 - The Profile
Your hologenetic compass
Imagine a map of the way you think under pressure, of the patterns that repeat in your relationships, of the gifts you sense but struggle to name, and of the fears that look different on the surface but grow from the same root. Your hologenetic profile offers such a map. For many people it is the most honest mirror they have ever stood before.
The profile comes from the Gene Keys, a contemplative system created by Richard Rudd and rooted in the I Ching. It is calculated from the exact date, time and place of your birth. I want to be clear about what it is and what it is not. It is not a psychological test, and it is not science. It is a symbolic language, and its value lies in the depth of reflection it opens. Many people find that it describes them with unsettling accuracy. I treat that as an invitation to contemplate, not as proof. Where I draw a parallel with epigenetics- the well-established finding that genes are expressed differently depending on environment and experience- I use it as a metaphor for change, not as evidence for the profile.
As a certified Gene Keys guide, I prepare your profile and translate it into accessible language: a living conversation with what you already know about yourself, but may not yet have found the words to name.
What You Receive:

Written Report
An in-depth analysis of your profile. It examines your natural role in the world and the pattern that prevents you from living it, how you love and why, what has shaped the way you connect with others, and what wellbeing looks like specifically for you.

Audio Recording
You hear the profile unfold out loud — with all the nuances, examples, and connections between individual themes that on paper appear separate, but spoken aloud become one complete story - yours.

Short Practices
Not universal techniques, but guidance tailored to your specific profile — how you recharge, how you make decisions, how your body sends signals. Because practices that work for others may not work for you.
Delivery timeframe: following payment and within two weeks of receiving your data, depending on the current number of profiles requested — the exact timeframe is confirmed individually.
Price: €139
LEVEL 2 — The Living Process
1:1 work
The profile is the map. The Living Process is what happens when you set out to explore your path using your hologenetic compass.
In our individual sessions, you bring your real situations — the decisions you keep postponing, the tension you feel but sometimes can’t trace to its source; the inner split between what you know and what you actually do. We work with the concrete, the living, with what is happening right now in your life — not with abstract models or theory about who you could be. We meet online, in person, or in a combination of both.
Each session lasts between 90 and 120 minutes, and you also have the option to choose:
◆ A package of 3 to 9 sessions — at an individually agreed price, if you choose to work on a specific direction or theme
or
◆ A monthly subscription — based on your specific needs and rhythm, for a minimum of 6 months
*The price is determined individually following an initial conversation.
The Questions We Work With
Whether you set out alone with the profile or choose to have me accompany you through the Living Process, we work with the same things. The only difference is whether you explore them in silence — or out loud, before a witness.
◆ What your natural role in the world is, and which behavioral pattern keeps you from finding and living it
◆ What the core challenge in your life is, and the gift hidden right inside it
◆ How you recharge, and how your body signals when something is wrong before your mind has even registered it
◆ Why you attract exactly these people and situations, and where that dynamic comes from
◆ What happened during three specific periods of your childhood and adolescence, and how they shaped the way you love, react, and connect with others
◆ What the deep wound you carry is, and how it shows up in your close relationships — sometimes without you recognizing it
◆ What your natural gift within a collective is — a work team, family, community — and whether you live from it or around it
◆ What your authentic voice in the world looks like — not the adapted version, but your true one
◆ What wellbeing means specifically for you — not as a concept, but as something that can be your entire way of life
With the profile, you explore all of this on your own — map in hand, with an audio recording and written analysis you return to whenever you wish and as many times as you wish.
With the Living Process, you explore it out loud, in the presence of someone who hears you without judging you and with no intention of “fixing” you.
Who Is This For?
This is for you if you have realised you are the same person everywhere, and you are tired of living in pieces.
If inner honesty with yourself matters more than the image you maintain on the outside. If you have the patience to stay with a question before grabbing the next answer.
People who come here are ready to take responsibility — for their reactions, their choices, the way they live and people who are tired of waiting for circumstances to fall into place before they do.
This is not for people looking for a ready-made answer or a quick fix. It’s not for people whose primary strategy is to blame — their parents, their partner, their environment — for who they are. And it’s not for people who consume one thing after another without pausing long enough to look inward.
You can start with the Profile and stop there. You can continue to the Living Process. You can come straight to the 1:1 work. There is no mandatory order — there is only yours.
